HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaching is done primarily over the phone at pre-arranged times, so it doesn’t matter where you live or work.  Each call focuses on the areas where you want to create change. Emails and quick calls between appointments are offered at no additional cost.  In-person coaching is also available. Recognizing we each have unique situations, coaching is creatively customized to meet your needs.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?
“Therapy is looking through the rear-view mirror at life (the past), and coaching is looking through the windshield at where you want to go,” states Judy Rosemarin, New York University. Coaching is not therapy but instead starts with where you are now and guides you to where you want to go, at the pace you choose.  Understanding that the past does influence your future, sometimes coaching glances in the “rear-view mirror”, but you don’t have to get stuck there.

WHAT ARE THE CLIENT COMMITMENTS?

Research shows that creating new habits and making lasting change, takes commitment.  Creating the time and space in your life to fully engage in the coaching process supports your success. Coaching is offered in 3-month increments. Agreed upon homework that moves you toward your goals is completed between calls.  Coaching is a confidential, cost-effective way to gain the momentum you need to create the life you really want.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Picture
IMAGINE………

  • Moving from managing to inspirational leadership
  • Communicating ideas in clear and effective ways
  • The ability to say “no” and delegating with ease
  • Having the best people surrounding you
  • Clarity and confidence in your goals
  • Balancing your personal and professional life
Those in leadership positions, both men and women, are reporting less satisfaction with their high pressure, long-hour careers and are seeking to strike a balance.  “Corporate culture is the No. 1 reason women flee executive posts, work-life balance ranks a close second,” according to Bala Cynwyd, Leader’s Edge.  As a professional, you face more stress every day than most. Coaching helps define your personal values and to design and prioritize your life around them.

Coaching uses your day-to-day experiences as opportunities to learn and apply effective ways of doing business and living your life. With a coach, you have a dynamic alliance that challenges your current reality, facilitates sustainable change and creates a structure for getting the results you want.

Picture
IMAGINE……..
  • Feeling enthusiastic again
  • Experiencing physical, spiritual and financial health
  • Clarity of your personal and professional goals
  • Relationships that support and inspire you
  • An environment that is “clutter-free”
  • Saying “no” without guilt
Sometimes life feels like we're trapped in a maze.  In spite of the advances we’ve made, some of us are still searching for more meaning, simplicity and love in our lives. Much dissatisfaction comes from living a life that is inconsistent with our values. A coach helps to clarify your core values and strategize ways to incorporate them into your day-to-day life.  A coach is a“personal trainer” for your life providing you with the tools, structure and support necessary for a life of purpose and fulfillment.
